Fusion Bowl was created in January 2015. The mission was to create a Vietnamese fusion restaurant that offers fresh and healthy dishes for the busy Downtown Tampa area. Vietnamese cuisine is one of the healthiest in the world. Dishes are made daily with fresh ingredients. Our most popular item is Pho. It's our house special soup made with chicken or beef bone simmered for over 8 hours, flavored with ingredients such as coriander and ginger. Serve with rice noodles, fresh herbs, and vegetables. This aromatic soup is very popular in Vietnam and ours is consider the best in town!

Bring your appetite and a bunch of friends. Leftovers for sure. Daily specials, too.
I love Fusion Bowl.. I always end up walking over there for lunch during the week! They have a great special on Tuesday's for $3 apps too!
Pros: Best Gyoza in town!
I have been to Fusion Bowl a couple times now as it is conveniently located next to the office and I have been pleased with the service and food each time. Reasonably priced, fast, spicy (when you use their hot sauce) and friendly staff.
Pros: Variety of options with fast service during busy lunch hours.
Great spot for lunch downtown. Very good vietnamese food.
Pros: Moderately priced for most items, fast service, clean
Cons: Pho is expensive. Traditional Banh Mi is NOT true to the classic. Parking can be a hassle.
