The Cashier is responsible for operating a cash register to process orders and collect payments from customers as well as assist the team in providing a positive guest experience. Qualifications for this position:
3-6 months of money handling or cashiering experience preferred
Must have good math skills
Must have 10-key adding machine experience
Must possess good guest service skills
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
The Host(ess) is responsible for Serving, welcoming and greeting guests at restaurant, obtains information from guests and ushers guests to seats ensuring a positive guest experience. Qualifications for this position:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
