Ability to work effectively as a team member and assist others to ensure member satisfaction is a must.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrive well-groomed and dressed in the appropriate uniform
• Arrive on-time and prepared for all tasks at hand
• Set up dining space in accordance to expectations and requirements
• Greet and acknowledge members and guests
• Thorough knowledge and memorization of menus
• Building rapport and relationships with all members with the ability to greet them by name
• Proactively suggesting and upselling for both food and beverage
• Taking and delivering orders correctly and promptly, with occasional tableside food preparation
• Ensuring satisfaction from the moment a member steps through the door until they leave the building

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year fine dining experience preferred
• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• A strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

• The ability to deliver a great guest experience
• A team player who can jump in where needed without having to be asked
• Ability to get tasks done with little or no supervision

• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
• The ability to multitask
• Reliable transportation
