A blend of rums up to 12 years old, this aged rum has a gorgeous bronze color with golden flashes. The nose is light with melons & citrus, a bright and spicy taste, & ripe cherries and a bit of heat on the finish.

A single ice cube really helps bring out the more subtle flavors, which should be very simple with the Tovolo Ice Sphere Mold included with this bottle!

Eagle Rare Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey!

Eagle Rare has a list of awards as long as your arm, and for good reason. The integration and balance of flavors is such that no single flavor stands out, but mesh into a wonderful single mass. Age is key here, as every bottle is at least ten years old.

In short, this is a fine example of Kentucky bourbon. It's not exotic or surprising, but just damn good.
