Fans of the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) and young thrill-seekers alike have a new attraction to enjoy at this longstanding Tampa museum.  It's a state-of-the-art zip line and it's the newest feature in an assortment of outdoor attractions at MOSI.

The Sky Trail Zip Line sits right alongside the ropes course at MOSI, another new, thrill-seeking attraction at the museum.  At the new zip line, guests walk up several stories (over 60 feet) to the first platform, get rigged-up to the line, and speed across 350 feet of lush grass between the museum's main building and children's wing.

Then, you do it all over again.  Because, well, how else would you get back?

This $1 million state of the art zip line is now open for business at MOSI and a perfect way to get some thrills in while visiting the museum.  Tickets to just the the zip line are $15 or $20 with access to the ropes course which features a series of tight ropes, brides, and platforms to explore.

Admission to MOSI (separate from the price of the zip line) is $18.95 for adults, $16.95 for senior citizens, and $12.95 for children ages 2-12.  If you've got admission to MOSI, a ride on the Sky Trail Zip Line is only $10 for the general public and $8 for MOSI members.
