Animal loving friends are invited to join the SPCA for a 1 hour lunch and tour. This unique experience is designed to educate and inform the community about SPCA's mission, programs and services. Attendees will learn about animal behavior, take a behind-the-scenes tour through the eyes of the animals, feed the farm animals, and find out how donations protect and help animals in need at SPCA. (Event occurs very first Wednesday of the month, excluding 4/1, 7/1 and 8/5.) In March the featured speaker is Nita Ward, a volunteer, donor, Heritage Society members and the proud adopter of four SPCA alumni. Lunch will be catered by 2 Taste Is 2 C, a new local, family owned restaurant.
