Celebrate this heartfelt holiday by ordering a la carte or selecting your favorites from a special prix fixe Valentine’s menu created by Pelagia Executive Chef Brett Gardiner.
Captivate the heart of your loved one while capturing your special celebration with a complimentary photo while dining at Pelagia Trattoria Feb. 14. Pelagia is located adjacent to the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel.
Guests may select from Pelagia’s always appetizing array of freshly prepared dishes and seasonal favorites available on the full dinner menu or create a customized meal from a three-course menu on both Friday, Feb. 14, and Saturday, Feb. 15.
The Valentine’s menu presents restaurant guests with an impressive array of appetizers, entrees and desserts that can be creatively combined to enhance the romance of this special holiday.
The $45 per person prix fixe menu (tax, gratuity and beverages not included) and full dinner menu are available Feb. 14 - 15.
Guests will be also be able to preserve the memory of their romantic evening on Feb. 14 by posing for a keepsake photo in Pelagia. Photos are offered exclusively Friday evening, courtesy of Pelagia.
Valentine’s Prix Fixe Menu for Feb. 14 - 15
First Course (choice of one):
Lobster bisque finished with sherry
Jumbo lump crab cake
Grilled portobello and goat cheese Napoleon
Second Course (choice of one):
Grilled fillet with classic bearnaise sauce, truffle whipped potatoes and fresh asparagus
Almond dusted fillet of turbot with Pernod cream sauce and hearts of palm
Half roasted duck with brandied cherry butter
Third Course (choice of one):
Belgian profiteroles with chocolate ganache
Warm Panettone bread pudding with tiramisu gelato
