Pelagia Trattoria’s popular Easter Sunday brunch returns April 5 when the restaurant transforms its traditional dining room into a collection of cooking and carving stations surrounded by irresistible displays of fresh seafood on ice, roasted vegetables, imported cheeses, an array of desserts and much more.
Enjoy an abundance of seasonal flavors and traditional favorites from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Easter Sunday. A made-to-order omelet station will prepare perfect omelets until 3 p.m. when a pasta station begins serving three delicious dishes featuring fresh, house-made pastas. Select items, like traditional Eggs Benedict and apple wood smoked bacon and pork sausage, are available until 3 p.m. Starting at 3 p.m., bone-in pork shank, Dijon- and herb-encrusted salmon and Chicken Francaise join the impressive mix of meats, seafood, baked goods, seasonal salads and fresh fruits.
For brunch buffet guests dining from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., the cost is $49 per person for adults, which includes a complimentary glass of sparking wine (one per person). Children, ages 5 - 12, dine for $18. From 5 - 8 p.m., the price drops to $39 for adults and $12 for children. Prices do not include tax, gratuity or beverages.
