Best Japanese Steakhouse in Florida, maybe the whole country!

Pros: Shrimp sauce and Steak is the best here. Shrimp are always super fresh

    Cons: Not one!

Jo-To in Brandon is excellent. My sushi chef at their sushi bar had 15+ years of sushi experience and it was evident in the cuts of fish he served and the creative rolls he made for us. Everything we had was his own creations and everything was excellent. Turns out he is also a teacher at the Art Institute of Tampa's Cooking School as well. He was entertaining and helped my sister and I have a good evening out of the house. The fellow diners at the sushi bar were also conversational and a pleasure to dine with. Overall, really impressed and enjoyed my time there.

Pros: Great sushi chef and sushi tastes fresh

Cons: The inside could really use more windows - brighten the place up a bit
