Start 2019 with the challenge of a fiery practice of 108 sun salutations at Lucky Cat Yoga. Our vinyasa studio faces the rising sun and offers a solar heat that is maintained around 80'. Modifications will be offered throughout this special event.

108 is a sacred number that is often used in mantras or rituals to make changes and create new patterns.
You will be guided through each sun salutation by our teachers with music from Mr. Bongos. The music and our guidance will help you get into a flow of the practice and won't have to keep count. When we finish, you will be guided through a 10 min Intention Meditation. Join us for tea and a healthy snack after class.
