My complaint is related to my card being overcharged. I was invited out by a friend to celebrate their birthday. I arrived about an hour and a half late therefore all food orders were placed and eaten prior to my arrival so I ordered a few (2) drinks that were consumed while there and placed an order for wings to go. Why would I pay the tab of people that I do not know? People that consumed unknown amounts of food and drinks before my arrival? They knew this was an error made by the waitress and admitted as much. However, still failed to refund the over charge. The proclaimed owner refused to refund the overcharge and I have had to contact my
