We ask that babies attending with siblings are in a held carrier so that our crawlers and toddlers are free to roam!

It's never too early to learn peace, love and kindness!
We are happy to have a class where like-minded caretakers can come and yoga with their favorite little yogis! Yoga postures, meditation and breathing techniques meant for young and old alike will be weaved into a fun time for mom's, dad's or caretakers and for the kid's too.
Please note, this class is a part of our Mid-Month Mommy and Me Series, registration is required and note the special dates and times!
