Most of us love a great meal. Fresh ingredients. Welcoming atmosphere. Authentic flavors. All of which you can find at Little Greek Fresh Grill Restaurants of Tampa Bay. But what makes delicious food even better? The answer is simple: knowing that your meal does more than merely taste good—it does good for your community! The restaurant chain has given charitably to several causes that revolve around the health of one’s mind, body, and soul. Their giving focuses on organizations supporting arts and education, medical advancements, and religion.

Little Greek Fresh Grill Restaurants believes that the arts have the power to give people the freedom to express who they are. TASTE @ The Straz, formerly Best of Tampa Bay, is an all-you-can-eat food and drink party that supports arts education programs, and Little Greek Restaurants is one of the food sponsors for the event. They also support the Florida School for the Deaf and the Ryan Nece Foundation, which gives teens a chance to “become leaders and impact giving in their communities.” As an alumnus, owner Nick Vojnovic gives back to USF’s Muma College of Business. Vojnovic understands the importance of an education, and he is committed to helping others achieve their goals.

As many of us know all too well, cancer is awful. Little Greek Fresh Grill Restaurants is proud to partner with the American Cancer Society through the efforts of the Real Men Wear Pink foundation, where they were a top fundraiser this year. After receiving care at Moffitt Cancer Center, owner Nick Vojnovic strives to give back to the organization in order to provide hope to others. In addition to the American Cancer Society and Moffitt Cancer Society, Little Greek Restaurants has contributed to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, which exists to “provide programs and support services to those persons affected by MS.”

Sometimes caring for one’s soul is the most difficult when it comes to self-care. Little Greek Fresh Grill restaurants aim to make that a bit easier through their partnership with local churches such as Saint George Serbian Orthodox Church. Each church seeks to positively impact the communities that they serve. The restaurant group also has contributed to the Judeo Christian Foundation whose mission is to help others find a better way of life.

Even though “little” is in its name, there is clearly nothing little about giving when it comes to Little Greek Restaurants of Tampa Bay. So come enjoy a bona fide Greek meal because, after all, food always tastes better when love is part of the recipe.
