Offering brunch, lunch, dinner, group meals, wine menu and happy hour; GrillSmith left nothing behind when creating their establishment. They founded themselves on marrying the two restaurants, Melting Pot and Carrabba’s, to create what they call, “New American Cuisine.” Grillsmith defines this term as, “…upscale, contemporary cooking.” (Grillsmith.com, Our Story).
The company has three stand-alone and three mall locations, reaching out to dedicated GrillSmith lovers and hungry shoppers alike. Each restaurant offers a professional and comfortable atmosphere with caring managers and wait staff. They aim to excite your pallet and satisfy your taste buds with their wide variety of appetizers and entrees. Pasta, steak, chicken, burgers even ribs grace their packed menu of new and exciting cuisines. No matter what you order, your server will be able to recommend and pair with one of their many dignified wines. If wine isn’t your fancy, they have sangria, champagne, mixed drinks and conjured spirits.
The environment Grillsmith has created allows guests to be greeted and served with excellent service. The open kitchen lets one view the talented staff hard at work on the many delicious meals they offer, while the more than decent sized bar allows for a fun-filled happy hour or comfortable wait before being seated.
