Their concept isn't a grandiose one; taking the Irish pub theme and adding their own modern twists with comfort and intimacy in mind. This is a place where you could take the significant other out for a nice meal or just hang out and watch the big game.
The menu at Irish 31 seems to work with the same mindset.
