How many times has this happened?  You get home absolutely exhausted from your day.  The couch looks more inviting than it ever has in days and the TV is begging for you to just zombie-out in front of it for a couple hours, but you're starving.  You need to make dinner.  Of course, there's nothing in the fridge or pantry worth slaving over so you're kind of at a standstill now.

This is where Mobile Meals comes in.  A service where you can order from a number of restaurants around the 813 area then have it delivered to your house, Mobile Meals is a great solution to the out-of-food blues.

All you do is head to their website, then pick from their extensive list of restaurants and their respective menus.  Once you've found a restaurant you like, browse the online menu, select what you want, and place your order right there online or over the phone at 813-907-MEAL (6325).

Some notable Tampa restaurants on the list include Acropolis for delectable Greek cuisine, Estela's serving a wide variety of Mexican classics, Lee Roy Selmon's for awesome down-home barbecue, and much, much more.

During the week Mobile Meals is open for a lunch period between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and a dinner period from 4:30 p.m. till 9 p.m. (10 on Fridays) so no delivery for those late-night munchies...yet.  For weekends they operate from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. till 9 p.m. on Sundays.

There is a $3.99 service fee for each restaurant you choose, but with a large enough order, say for the office or something, that is definitely not too bad.  They currently deliver to, what seems like all of Tampa Bay; North Tampa, South Tampa, Brandon, Seffner, Valrico, Riverview, Lithia, and Apollo Beach.

If Mobile Meals sounds cool, give 'em a whirl today and see what they're all about.  You might just have a new favorite way to dine in no time.
