The name says it all. Seasons 52 is a restaurant that focuses on utilizing ingredients when they reach their peak seasons to produce the most flavorful dishes possible. Thus they are constantly changing and manipulating their menu to incorporate ingredients once they hit their peak.

As we have just reached the beginning of the official summer season, the chef has once again switched up the menu to showcase your summer favorites. Right at the beginning of the menu, you will recognize the influence of the changing season through the avocado toast, summer hummus, and sweet corn & ricotta ravioli. The Hass avocado, sweet corn, and toybox tomatoes are all foods that are known for peaking in the summer, making each of these dishes burst with flavor.

Summer influences reach across the entirety of the menu as exemplified in their salmon and sea scallop dishes accompanied by delicious sides such as the roasted summer corn skillet. Finish the meal off with their mouth-watering cherry crème brûlée as Michigan cherries are yet another summer ingredient.

The summer theme extends to the drink menu as well as they have concocted deliciously refreshing drinks like the Cucumber Basil Smash, Hawaiian Pineapple Cosmopolitan, Pomegranate Margarita Martini, and the list goes on and on. Their drinks are everything a refreshing summer drink should be and more as they have twisted traditional recipes to include the season’s best flavors.

Seasons 52 has done a fantastic job producing seasonal dishes to keep you pining to come back for more. The summer flavors are outstanding, so make sure to try them while they last before the menu is altered once again to take into account fall flavors.
