Arrived today at 10:30. Took 30 mins to get thru the line on 8 people. Placed our food and coffee order at 11. 11:43 I asked how much longer we’d have to wait for our order and was told it was being made right now. 12:15 the wrong food was brought to our table. At that point we canceled the order and walked out. Do not fall into the tiktok trap of this place. The coffee did arrive and it’s just plain coffee. There is absolutely nothing special about this place.

Pros: None

Cons: Service. Wait times.

I love the Attic! It is a great place to chill and get some work done if I don't want to be in the office for an afternoon! It also provides a beautiful view of the skyline!

Great place to start your day with breakfast and the lunch is also excellent. Rosa and her staff do a great job in the kitchen and here's a big plus - they're ALWAYS friendly!

Pros: Food, service, view from 4th floor

Cons: Parking - but that's all of downtown Tampa

I work in the building downstairs, and can't recommend this place enough. The massive Ferdie Pachecho painting on the wall is my favorite piece of art in the city, representing the 1927 World Series as seen from those watching over the telegraph wire in Tampa. Plus the coffee is delicious.

Pros: Great food, friendly service, quiet location, amazing coffee.

Cons: The elevator to the 4th floor is slower than molasses. Take the stairs, you'll need to work off the calories anyway.

Pros: It's a great place to get work done during the day and to unwind with a drink at night! Food is delicious and everything is reasonably priced. This is a hot spot for college students and businessmen & women.

Cons: Parking can be tricky to find during Lightning hockey season or during other large events in downtown Tampa, so plan accordingly.

I am one of the fortunate that work in the same building where The Attic is located. Such amazing and friendly staff that really cares about every customer, great view of Downtown Tampa and great food!

Pros: The service is amazing, the people and events that visit and being on the 4th floor with a view of the city.

Cons: For those that don't live or work in Downtown, you do have to park and go up the elevator/stairs but it's such an amazing space that you have to check it out!

Have held many meeting in The Attic - always a great place to meet with clients. Food is delicious, coffe exceptional (Buddy Brew) and pastries sweet (Alessi bakery) I have not been at night but heard it's fun. Can't wait to stop in after dark for a cold brew.

Pros: Great place to meet with a client in Downtown Tampa

Cons: Street parking, but hey, not really a big deal!
