Celebrate the stars and stripes on the water with a spectacular 4th of July Dinner Cruise!
Event Details
This 2-hour cruise includes a select open bar, choice of entrée, DJ entertainment including patriotic favorites and fun games for the whole family! Dress code is resort casual with red, white and blue attire highly encouraged. All ages welcome, but you must be 21+ with valid ID to drink. We will have a contest for the best dressed sporting their red, white and blue!
Early Cruise: Boards 4:30 p.m., Cruise 5:00-7:00 pm
Late Cruise: Boards 7:30 pm, Cruise 8:00-10:00 pm

All entrées are served with garden salad and chef’s selection of dessert.
Braised beef “stack” with herb crusted tomato, portobello mushroom, pearl onions and a spinach balsamic demi-glace with ricotta polenta
Chicken breast sauteed with roasted bell peppers, artichoke hearts in a lemon caper Marsala wine sauce with caramelized onion white cheddar whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Blackened salmon over a Creole peach mustard sauce with caramelized onion white cheddar whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Vegan special: Chef’s seasonal roasted vegetable medley over quinoa with chickpeas, kale and edamame
Terms: This cruise is non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests may change the name on the reservation to let someone else use their tickets.
