12th Annual Tampa Tailgate, a benefit for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to be held in the Tampa Bay Times Forum
Event Details
Tampa Tailgate: Kick-Off to a Cure, an event to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation combines two favorite past-times: football and food on Saturday, September 7 from 6pm –11pm at the Tampa Bay Times Forum. Guests will enjoy food and drinks from premier Tampa area restaurants who have donated their time and services to help find a cure for CF.
Saturday night college football will provide the entertainment, while fans enjoy an indoor tailgate party. Restaurant and vendor sponsors have included: Blue Bell Ice Cream, The Brass Tap, Beef O Brady's, Smokey Bones, Louis Pappas, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Timpano, Columbia, CDB's Southside, Catch Twenty Three World of Beer.
A silent auction will include sought after sports memorabilia and vacation getaways. During halftime there will be a live auction not to be missed.
“My family and friends started Tampa Tailgate soon after I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis when I was 5 months old,†says Logan Bauder.
“I've never known what it's like to just wake up or go to bed without doing treatments, even if I'm really tired. The only way for better medicine and more than anything a cure, is money for research. That's why I want to tell you that you can help make my dreams come true through your donations.â€
Join us for an unforgettable evening of food, football and fun!
