400 ‘goodie bags’ will be distributed by SkyPoint staff dressed in their spookiest of costumes. Goodie bags will contain special offers, samples, and other items donated by Downtown Tampa businesses while supplies last. This year's sponsors include: Paul Davis, Duckweed, Earl of Sandwich, Franklin Manor, Anise, Aloft, Portico, Kahwa Coffee, Straz Performing Arts Center, Tampa Bay Rays, Hidden Springs Ale Works....and many more.....
