Let's honor the work we've done all year with a healthy experience on our day off!
Let go and flow while Eric, Erin and Calvin sing and play for you while you breathe and move.
Erin will lead an intermediate vinyasa flow, that will be accessible to all.
Eric, Erin and Calvin will play live music throughout class on various instruments like harmonium, guitar, ukulele, crystal bowls.
Prepare to release yourself of what holds you down energetically and set intentions to be less burdened.

Our intention for having this class is to provide you with:

A strong but satisfying class with options for all abilities.
75 min of beautiful LIVE music.
A final rejuvenating but relaxing final meditation of rest.


Intermediate: Our Lucky Cat YOga intermediate classes are appropriate for the yoga student who has a basic knowledge & experience and is looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally. These classes are excellent for the student who wants to build strength and endurance. Classes will cover essential & advanced postures and philosophies of yoga vinyasa/flow.
*Prenatal appropriate for those who had a yoga practice prior to pregnancy.
