Green Lemon is amazing. I try to go here at least once every two weeks.
Green Lemon has the best queso in all of Tampa. Along with their $2 taco tuesdays they offer a wide selection of burrito bowls and giant 60oz margaritas.
Pros: Taco Tuedays
Lively (read loud) atmosphere with a lot of action and fast paces conversation. The food is modern Mexican and very tasty. Drinks, esp margs are extremely well made.
This place is great and the food and drinks are delicious, but be prepared for the loud music. They've got a DJ spinning while you're eating, and it can get a bit noisy. But if you're looking for fun, food, and booze, it's terrific.
Pros: Great deals (their $2 Taco Tuesday is legendary in Tampa), and don't miss the Margaronas.
Cons: Not exactly a first date place when the DJ is spinning.
Fun SOHO restaurant with good Mexican eats!
Cons: Parking is always an issue for the area restaurants and shops - arrive early if you're planning to go at a busy time.
Love this fresh, clean - lively neighborhood place when I am in the mood for fun Mexican food - or cold beers. It's loud - tried to take clients one time to discuss business - no bueno - but to hang with friends it's a blast!
