Join us for a relaxing, guided yoga class suitable for all experience levels. After class, grab a complimentary beer and explore the Botanicals and Brews Market.
•Tickets: $20 for class and complimentary 7venth Sun beer
•Class starts at 11:00 a.m., please arrive a few minutes early to set up in the Tap Room
•All you need to bring is a yoga mat and a water bottle - yoga blocks will be available during class.
Alayssia is a Certified Yoga Teacher, experienced in ashtanga-vinyasa and alignment-based yoga.
Her mission is to spread the gift of yoga to as many people as possible with inclusive, guided yoga classes that honor each individual's unique body.
