Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa announces Mother’s Day Brunch for guests. The resort will offer specialty dining options, ranging from breakfast favorites and fresh seafood to a carving station and house-made desserts.

The Mother’s Day Brunch will be served between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 14 in the resort’s on-site restaurant, SHOR American Seafood Grill. The menu will feature a variety of breakfast favorites ranging from farm fresh made-to-order eggs and omelets and challah french toast served with amaretto berries to pecan sticky buns and house-made pastries. Guests can also enjoy a selection of fresh seafood including jumbo gulf shrimp, snow crab claws, and cold water oysters. The meal also includes a variety of entrée options including a carving station with carved spiral ham glazed in brown sugar spice, slow roasted strip loin served with tarragon horseradish sauce & chimichurri, and salmon served with artichoke, spinach, and sundried tomatoes. Additionally, an assorted dessert selection will be curated by the chef.
