MOSI will celebrate Shark Week from August 3-9 with a variety of interactive exhibits, demonstrations, and more.

The 2013 Shark Week Kickoff at MOSI will take place on Saturday, August 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Head out to MOSI for a celebration of all things sharks featuring shark-related games, hands-on activities - including the opportunity for kids to build their own Lego® sharks inside MOSI’s inventor’s studio - and the opportunity to see the inner workings of sharks with MOSI's featured exhibit Sea Monsters Revealed.
There will also be a live shark dissection inside the Grand Lobby as Dr. Daniel Huber, shark expert, consultant for Discovery Channel, and University of Tampa professor will be on hand to speak about some of the myths and mysteries associated with these fascinating creatures.
Event is included with MOSI general admission and free for MOSI members.
Even better, the first 50 people to arrive each day during Shark Week from August 3 – 9, will receive free MOSI admission when they buy a ticket to Sea Monsters Revealed.
