Skipper's Smokehouse is a Tampa icon! They have been around forever and bring the best shows from local bands to national touring acts. This is a great outdoor, intimate venue for live music and convenient location. Although they served on disposable plates and plastic cutlery, the food is actually amazing!
Pros: Great food, atmosphere, live entertainment, inexpensive, close to USF.
Hot and tasty dishes, friendly service, reasonably priced drinks and amazing shows.
It'll change your outlook.... maybe your life!

Didn't get a chance to try the food, but I had a great time just hanging out. Great music and great people. It's a nice place to just chill and hang out. Thursdays are the best because it's their Grateful Dead Tribute night.
Pros: Live Music, Great Seafood, Casual
Cons: Parking can be a challenge, rough if it rains
