Enjoy complimentary health and fitness workouts including: Yoga for Beginners, Pilates for Beginners, Spin for Beginners, Zumba Stretching Class; Presentations on Nutrition, Equipment, Incorporating the Track into Your Workout, Aqua Aerobics Class, Warm Water Therapy Demonstration and Water Polo for Tots.
The following demonstrations will take place at the Roberta M. Golding Visual Arts Center housed at the Bryan Glazer Family JCC:
• Pottery Wheel
• Glass Fusion
• Glass Lamp Work and Bead Making
• Jewelry Fabrication Techniques
• Painting/Drawing/Cartooning
• Digital Media/iPhone Videography
• Printmaking and Bookbinding Journal Project
Explore the Florida-Israel Business Accelerator (FIBA) learn about what FIBA is doing to bring Israeli high-tech companies to Tampa.
Entertainment will be provided by Joanie Leeds & The Nightlights and “Swinging with Gershwin” by the Patel Conservatory.
There will also be balloon creations, a caricature artist and a magician present!
Bring your workout clothes, bathing suits and towels to take advantage of all we have to offer. Free food and drinks all day long!
