Join us outside at Haven for a night under the stars as we reminisce over Bern’s and Haven's Bourbon Selections.
Event Details
Our Director of Spirits, Nate Wilson has pulled his team's favorite Sazerac and Four Rose’s Whiskey from the Archives of our restricted warehouse. Chef Chad Johnson has carefully paired each of the five courses with the chosen whiskeys to propel your palates to new heights.
There will be extremely limited seating for this event. Seating requests will be accommodated when possible, however maintaining proper distancing between patrons does impact our flexibility. Please keep in mind these whiskies are bottled at high proof and prepare for safe transportation home from the event.

Monkfish Kari Kari – peanut, sweet soy, kabocha squash, long beans

100% of this years proceeds will benefit local Veteran Charities through the Laxer Family Foundation with Southeastern Guide Dogs as the primary beneficiary.
