My favorite spot to get quick healthy food in Tampa! My favorite is the Six Bowl with double spinach for a base and BBQ chicken for my Protein. Not to mention I always grab one of the pressed juices while waiting in line.
Pros: Good Study Spot
The perfect combination of healthy & tasty food! The grilled chicken is packed with flavor. Go with the kale dressing on the spinach salad, brown rice, & broccoli and brussel sprouts for veggies!

I love Fresh Kitchen! They have the best healthy lunch in Tampa and they're the only place in town that makes me WANT to eat vegetables as almost my entire meal! They have a new outlook on healthy and I would suggest everybody try it at least once!
Pros: Healthy, Fresh Food! My favorite combination is: double romaine salad, green beans, baked almond chicken, vinaigrette and Parmesan cheese!
Cons: Parking can be hard but its always worth the walk!
The food is fresh and delicious, and the create-your-bowl format keeps you from getting bored. I really love this place... but they need an app!
Pros: Fresh, delicious, amazing food that's healthy and reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more than that.
Cons: The lines are out the door at lunch... which is really annoying because everywhere else I can just punch it in on my phone and pick it up. Get an app, Fresh Kitchen! :)
Very tasty options abound at Fresh Kitchen. Mix and match proteins, veggies and bases and find your perfect dish. My recommendation: Coconut ginger rice/sweet potato noodles, roasted mushrooms and parmesan broccoli, with bbq chicken and herb grilled steak.
