Pelagia Trattoria Executive Chef Brett Gardiner has created an a la carte menu that features seasonal ingredients, succulent seafood, traditional breakfast favorites with a twist, savory dishes and, of course, irresistible desserts.
Reservations are available from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on May 14 for this always popular holiday event presented by Pelagia.
Begin a meal to remember with the following starters: poached jumbo shrimp remoulade salad, grilled oysters on the half shell, baked brie with fig marmalade, lump crab cake, kale and roasted butternut squash salad and smoked salmon flatbread.
For more traditional brunch dishes, consider the following “Favorites”: Krispy Kreme doughnut French toast, an Italian frittata made with goat cheese, Campari tomatoes, fennel sausage and arugula, Maine lobster benedict, classic eggs benedict, PB & J Waffle and house made corned beef hash and eggs.
Entrees include a slow roasted prime rib, Misoyaki-glazed grilled salmon, chicken bruschetta, open-faced grouper sandwich, simmered littleneck clams and grilled flat iron steak with chimichurri sauce.
For dessert, select from sour cream creme brulee, tiramisu, fresh berry cobbler, New York style cheesecake or horchata semifreddo.
