This Thanksgiving weekend, escape the chaos of your local gym! Trade in your treadmill for a stand-up paddle board and get a complete body workout on a peaceful Tampa Bay beach.

Event Details

It may not look like much, but balancing on a paddle board will put almost every muscle in your body to work, especially your core. This low impact exercise is a great combo of strength, balance, and endurance. You’ll get a killer workout, burning up to 800 calories an hour!

Sound like a great way to stay active on your rest days? Come out this weekend and learn how to stand up and balance with a certified instructor. SUP is easy to pick up once you learn the basics. With a little instruction, the rest will come naturally!
