Enjoy an after-hours museum tour at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner curated by Chef Kaytlin Dangaran during the Bistro Pop-Up Nights at the Sarasota Art Museum. On Wednesday, April 3 at 6:30 p.m., the three-course dinner curated by Chef Kaytlin Dangaran takes inspiration from the newest exhibition, Molly Hatch: Amalgan, commissioned as part of the Sarasota Art Museum’s Inside Out Program. The menu will include:
Amuse Bouche: Pickled Quail Egg with Huancaina Sauce and Crispy Purple Potato
Appetizer: Dragon Fruit Carpaccio with Chorizo Breadcrumbs, Corn Puree, and Pickled Red Fresno
Entrée: Grilled Flank Steak with Braised Hominy, Chimichurri, and Purple Potato Rosti
Dessert: Blueberry & Lemon Cobbler with Candied Lemon and Cane Syrup
Vegetarian alternatives are available upon request. Reservations are required and can be made on OpenTable for $100 per person. Wine pairings are available for an additional $30 per person.
