Description

The Annual Guavaween Festival and Guavaween Night Parade take place on the streets of Ybor City on October 25, 2008. The 2008 Guavaween Festival begins at 10am with the Guavaween Family FunFest. The daytime family festival includes many Guavaween events such as a children's costume contest, live music on multiple stages, Trick-or-Treat throughout Ybor City, Spooky Story Time and a chrildren's costume parade. The 2008 Guavaween Parade begins at 8pm at 7th Avenue and 20th Street. The nightime Guavaween events include the night parade, multiple live music stages, costume contests and all night partying in Ybor City until 3am. Tampa's Guavaween Festival in Ybor City attracts over 100,000 people dressed in costumes and tickets can be purchased at the gate or in advance at certain locations in Tampa Florida.
