The Hard Rock Café has always prided itself on creating an atmosphere of rock nostalgia. Each café contains its own set of memorabilia, making each one unique. The new Hard Rock Café in Tampa has let us in on how these rare, and seemingly priceless, pieces are acquired.

It is through donations, donations through a charity in their name, and auctions that the memorabilia has made its way to the walls and display cases found in the HRC. Buying famous rock pieces at an auction, now there’s a job you don’t see in the want ads every day!

Hard Rock Café in Tampa has placed their memorabilia in sections of decades. In the 80’s decade you will see items such as Flavor Flav’s clock, in the 90’s a fedora Michael Jackson wore on his Billie Jean tour. What sets this HRC apart from the others is that the memorabilia doesn’t stop at the clothing on display or the guitars on the wall. This particular café offers the interactive, touch screen, wall that features over 1,700 pieces. By selecting a piece, the screen displays a larger view of the object along with a description including what it is, who it belonged to and which Hard Rock Café it is in now.

Make sure to experience all the incredible rock memories for yourself at Tampa’s new Hard Rock Café!

Fun Fact: There are over 73,000 pieces in Hard Rock Cafes worldwide.
