Start out the day at the 2018 Outback Bowl Parade and pep rally along Seventh Avenue in Ybor. The free parade, featuring floats and 20 marching bands, is sure to help you celebrate both the New Year and college football! Gather your family and come down to Tampa's Ybor City at 5:30 p.m., but make sure you don’t bring any coolers, glass containers, or open alcohol.
Once the sun goes down and the Ybor New Year's Eve nightlife starts up, Club Prana is the #1 place to be! With five levels of celebration, a rooftop view of Tampa fireworks, a champagne toast at midnight, and a variety of music to dance to, it’s the premier spot to welcome 2018! If you love Ybor City nightlife and want to make sure you have a good time, this is where you’ll want to be. The multi-level venue offers different vibes on each floor -- top 40, hip-hop, house, soca and reggaeton -- so you know you’ll be able to get down to something. VIP tables are still available to reserve. Make sure to get there early to find a spot on the rooftop!
Need something that's a bit more laid back, but with a great vibe? Cheezy's Bistro and Speakeasy is hosting a Retro Dance Party with an open bar from 9 p.m. to midnight. And the best part? Tickets start at just $25! Cheezy's is one of the newer haunts in the neighborhood, and their fantastic food, as well as a hidden basement that turns into a party, is a great spot to dance the night away while welcoming in 2018. Don't miss out!

With his project, Manic Focus, JmaC creates a sound all his own, infusing soulful blues with a heavy-hitting bass.
