During their last dinner in February, dishes were paired with Quintessa wines and additional selections from the Huneeus family portfolio including Flowers and Benton-Lane. The food was almost too beautiful to eat and wines were paired perfectly. The intimate venue holds about 50 people, creating an experience like no other.
Executive chef Frank Anderson and Chef de Cuisine, Matthew Zappoli presented and discussed each dish they created alongside the sommelier that evening. Service was like no other and they followed up by answering any questions about the selection after each course. Dishes included Duck Rillettes, Fingerling Crusted Halibut, Prime Short Rib Wellington, and more.
