The USF Taco Bus is welcomed. I was growing a little tired of driving down to Hillsborough Avenue every time I wanted to get some Taco Bus goodness. Some people are still sour that Taqueria Monterrey has been replaced, but I honestly never enjoyed the Fletcher Taqueria too much. This location is open late on the weekends, which is pretty neat and only a few minutes from me. As usual, I stick with my tacos de carne asada here. The grand opening was pretty sweet - I scored a Taco Bus t-shirt for being one of the first 100 customers in the store. The store itself is re-designed to be able to handle more of a take-out crowd. The lines here seem to be pretty rough as with the other Taco Bus locations, so order online for quicker service!
