Ybor Aficionado Days are back! This year, this food celebration in Ybor City is going down on the weekend of April 14 and 15 and playing host to a series of food and restaurant events throughout the day and night.

The 6th Annual Ybor Aficionado Days will host the Tapas Trail from 4 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 14. Guests participating in the Tapas Trail will get to visit over a dozen notable Ybor City restaurants and sample everything from tapas to hors d' oeuvres, mesa, antipasti, and more.

After the Tapas Trail, head to the after party at the Italian Club with premium cigars, great deserts, and prizes from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Tapas Trail restaurants last year included The Brick's, Streetcar Charlie's, New World Brewery, Hamburger Mary's, Green Iguana, The Columbia, Carmine's, and many more.

There will also be a Spanish brunch at the Columbia Restaurant on Sunday, April 15. Kicking off at 11:30 a.m., the lunch will have an assortment of Spanish dishes like carved pork, eggs baked with diced potatoes and chorizo, assorted pastries, and Cuban toast.

There will also be a Tapas Cooking Challenge alongside the lunch where four contests will compete for prizes with their best tapas recipe.
