This parent education presentation will equip, encourage and empower parents to effectively communicate with their teenagers about the importance of healthy relationships and avoiding high-risk behavior.

The central theme of parent effectiveness is parents having the solid and longest-lasting Influence over their children when cultivating a genuine, loving relationship.

Communicate effectively: Know what is going on, ask them about their day, and let them do the talking. Talk about the tough stuff.

Teens need to know how far is too far. Without it, they will push the limit most of the time. Students need to know the boundaries, but they also need to see the outcome ahead of time.

When boundaries are set and the teen knows them, they are more likely to respect them.

Set clear boundaries and expectations. Remember, adolescent brains are not fully DEVELOPED, and they don’t know why!
