With Fall fast approaching, it only makes sense that a ton of outdoor music events would pop up in and around the Tampa Bay Area.  One of these, the 2nd Annual South Shore Music Festival is a perfect weekend music event for those in South Shore - the Southeastern portion of Hillsborough county covering Apollo Beach, Ruskin, and Sun City Center.

Going down on Sunday, November 12, the South Shore Music Fest will feature live music throughout the day, food vendors, a kids zone, and more at the Independent Showmen's Association in Riverview (6915 Riverview Dr., Riverview, FL, 33578).

Bradenton's own One Night Rodeo will headline the fest.  Winners of Music Nation's Great American Country Star Competition, One Night Rodeo play American contemporary country music with welcome energy and enthusiasm.

There are a number of other great bands playing the South Shore Music Festival as well.  Alex Hayes, with his own brand of solo acoustic country will grace the stage alongside Tampa pop rock outfit, 10th Concession; southern rockers, Diablo Canyon; and young band, Hovermode.

The kids zone will feature inflatable rides and slides, a reptile discovery show, and more.

It all kicks off when gates open at 11 a.m. and the music keeps pumping until 10 p.m.  Advanced tickets before November 1 will cost $12 for adults, $6 for seniors, military, kids ages 12-17, and free for kids under 12.  After November 1, the prices go up to $15 and $8 respectively.  Head to their 2nd Annual South Shore Music Festival ticket page website to get yours.
