If you're a wine lover, it probably won't take much to convince you about the merits of a weekend celebration of all things wine at one of the premier wine restaurants in the world, but we'll go ahead and do it anyway.
Bern's Winefest is an annual celebration of wine and all the great food that compliments it at Bern's Steakhouse, Sidebern's, and Bern's Fine Wine and Spirits. This year Winefest takes place April 20-23 with various dinners, parties, and wine tastings at all of these locations.
Although a series of events throughout the weekend, each event at Bern's Winefest will require a separate ticket.
It all kicks off with a Gala Winemaker Dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m. on April 20 at Sidebern's. Patrons will enjoy a reception followed by a six-course dinner featuring the wines of Charles Thomas who will also be on hand to talk about his wines throughout the evening. All inclusive tickets are $300 per person.
Sidebern's will also host Winefest Saturday Soiree on April 21 from 7 to 10 p.m. Those attending the soiree can expect a Cuban-themed , old Tampa celebration featuring Cuban drinks and fare prepared by Sidebern's chefs. All inclusive tickets are $115 per person.
On April 22, Sidebern's and Bern's Fine Wine and Spirits will host the Grand Tasting from 12:30 to 4 p.m. Head to the Grand Tasting and get the chance to sample over 200 great wines paired with culinary delights from Bern's and Sidebern's. All inclusive tickets are $145 per person.
Finally, Bern's Steakhouse will host Bern's Winemaker Dinner on April 23 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy a small reception followed by a magnificent five-course dinner featuring a number of special wines from the Bern's cellar. All inclusive tickets are $300 per person.
