IT'S FINALLY HERE!
We normally try and make the Things to Do as inclusive as we can. We find events from across the Bay Area, and find a balance of fun for adults and families from across our region. We want to make everyone feel like there's something for them as part of these pieces.
Not this week. It's either #PucksAndPirates (it's a real hashtag and it's great!), or it's not in here.
The last week in January is always the biggest in Tampa, but with the NHL All-Star Game invading alongside Gasparilla pirates and scalawags for 2018, this year is even more special. No foam cannonballs being thrown to the crowd this year at the parade: this time it's hockey pucks. The best trophy in sports, the Stanley Cup, will lead off the parade, and the Lightning's Vinny LeCavalier will serve as Grand Marshal. For an event where the ice is usually reserved just for mixed drinks, it adds an extra touch to the arrrrrr favorite weekend of the year!!
