First Friday means St. Pete turns up! This month the live band is The Tempests, an American garage rock band that formed in 1962 in Tampa. They've continued playing shows since then and have remained a fan favorite over the years! The featured beer this month is Sam Adams, and the featured liquor is Mellow Moonshine.
Some of the most popular bars to head to as the band plays their last encore are Five Bucks Drinkery, MacDinton’s, Yard of Ale and Caddy’s on Central! Each plays music and has drink specials for you to enjoy!

Tampa Tails is the Humane Society of Tampa Bay’s young professionals networking group, so this is the perfect event to meet fellow Dog-Moms or Dads!
Come to Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park this Saturday for Tailgate Taste Fest to celebrate your love of college football! It's a FREE and family-friendly event that has live music, great food and drinks being sold as you enjoy your favorite college football game of the day from the big screen. If it’s hard to get your kids to sit still, teach them how to play one of the many tailgating games to keep them entertained!
Creatures of the Night returns to ZooTampa, but this year it’s even spookier. The Zoo transforms into an eerie and immersive Halloween adventure for the whole family as they invite ghouls and goblins of all ages to come in… If they dare! No horror or gore, just fun frights for all!
